Effective January 1, 2020, the Illinois Workplace Transparency Act requires annual sexual harassment training for all employers who have at least one employee. Employers who do not comply with the law will be subject to civil penalties.
OKGC offers sexual harassment training compliant with Illinois law. OKGC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to sponsor sexual harassment training and offer 1 hour of CEUs for all Illinois licensed professionals.
